CAT WATCH WARRANTY
HOW LONG IS MY WARRANTY?
• 2 years from date of purchase from an authorised Cat watch retailer. Date of purchase will need to be proven by presenting the original invoice or receipt received by an authorised retailer.
• Faults which may occur with the watch movement.
• Manufacturing faults.
• Damage after expiry of the warranty period (two years from the purchasing date).
• Damage resulting from wrong handling, wrong maintenance, inappropriate repair of incorrect setting.
• Accidental damage (e.g by fire, natural disasters or similar events) and excessive wear and tear, or abuse.
• General wear or damage to bracelets and straps of any material (metal, leather, rubber, silicone, nylon, etc.).
• General wear or damage to the crown and the pushers.
• Water damage.
• Damage to the watch glass.
• Battery (exchange).
• The warranty does not cover battery changes.
• You will need to send your watch to a distributor in your country. A list of distributors and the contact details can be found at the back of your warranty booklet. In the event you are unable to locate a distributor in your country or you purchased your watch from catwatches.com please complete our online contact form or email info@catwatches.com outlining your purchase history, product and issue.
• You will need to send your watch, without the box packaging, making sure that the watch is sufficiently packaged to avoid damage in transit. Cat watches will not be accountable for any loses or damages incurred during transit.
• You will also need to send a copy of proof of purchase which will have a purchase date shown. For example, an invoice of receipt from an authorised Cat watch dealer.
• Also include a note clearly explaining the problem you have been experiencing. The more information you can provide the better.
• Cat watches will not cover costs for mailing, and or other costs in excess of the normal repair costs covered by this warranty. Additional repair costs outside of the product warranty will be the responsibility of the watch owner and you will be notified before any work is carried out.
